The Sunday LIFE TEEN Mass is celebrated at 5:00 pm
on Sundays from September through May.

The LIFE TEEN Mass is open to people of all ages. Join us for lively, engaging, and inspiring liturgy. High school teens serve in liturgical ministries and a 12-member band provides beautiful contemporary music. There is a reserved section of seating for high school teens, who also have the option of sitting with their families. The congregation is encouraged to fully, actively, and consciously participate in the liturgy. Join us for lively, holy and inspiring weekly liturgy.

The LIFE Night, which follows the liturgy on most Sundays, is an opportunity for high school students to grow in their understanding and their experience of our Catholic Faith with other teens and an adult Core Team.

Weekend retreats are held twice annually and are an excellent opportunity for an in-depth faith experience. This year's retreats will be held in November and March At St. Leonard's Retreat Center.

The Service and Leadership Team (SALT) is an off-shoot of the LIFE TEEN and is open to any high school teen interested in planning, and implementing service activities. The Team meets regularly and offers at least one service project each month. An adult advisory group assists the teens in learning leadership and planning skills.

For ALL Teens in Grades 9-12

LIFE TEEN MASSES ALL ARE WELCOME at Sunday 5 p.m. LIFE TEEN Mass. The liturgical ministries are performed primarily by high school teens. There is a designated high school teen seating section in the front of the two center sections, although teens may opt to sit anywhere in the church. Music ministry is provided by a 10-member contemporary Christian music group. Many parishioners, old and young, speak of being inspired and energized by celebrating liturgy with our youth.

ABOUT our LIFE NIGHTS LIFE Nights serve as the means of religious education for high school teens. ALL high school teens are welcome at LIFE Nights - there is no formal registration - teens simply "show up". Teens from 10 different high schools and several different parishes participate in SJN LT. In addition to the religious education piece, LIFE TEEN is a place where teens have the opportunity to ask questions, share life, pray and serve others together. They become part of a community of teens who share a common faith. A caring Core Team of adults, as well as our priests, youth minister, and seminarian minister to our teens each week.
