Directory is a compilation of information listing area nonprofit
and governmental agencies and membership organizations which
provide health, welfare, educational and recreational services.
Free book talks, film
and travelogue programs, book delivery and other services to
local senior centers, hospitals and nursing homes with the help
of volunteers.
For persons who are confined
to their homes due to illness or age, Cuyahoga County Public
Library volunteers will deliver library materials whenever possible.
Materials are selected by professional library staff based on
an interview with the homebound individual.
The Library offers a
number of online resources which may be accessed, free-of-charge,
by anyone with a personal computer and a modem. These resources
include: an electronic version of the Librarys catalog,
a comprehensive listing of community resources, the latest Library
news, and a wide variety of information databases. Online telephone
