Cancer Support Group

     The SJN Wellness Ministry is sponsoring a Cancer Support Group.  Carolyn Mackey will oversee this group which will meet on the 2nd Tuesday of each month, in the Gathering Room at 7:30 p.m. 
.  Anyone that has been diagnosed with any type of cancer knows how frightening this experience can be.  This support group will provide spiritual and emotional support for anyone that has had cancer touch their lives.  Whether you, a relative or a friend are presently a cancer patient undergoing treatment, a person whose cancer is in remission, a cancer survivor, or a caregiver for a loved one with cancer, you can gain comfort and strength knowing you're not alone.  

     This informal group will provide an opportunity to come together as a faith community to share your experiences and feelings and to pray for the many needs of all cancer patients and their loved ones.
