When a Loved One Leaves the Church

The majority of us either live with or know someone who no longer practices their Catholic faith.  And we question how to respond   -- What to say? -- What to do? There are no easy answers.  We invite anyone who wishes to ask their question or share their experiences or thoughts and insights to: 

• “What do I say to my daughter who tells me she gets more nurturing and a deeper sense of spirituality in a Protestant church?”
   

• “We put our son through Catholic schools.  We went to church every Sunday.  But we must have done something wrong.  He is now a Pentecostal missionary in South America.”
   

• “My son is getting married by a justice of the peace.  My wife refuses to go to the wedding.  Is that the right thing to do?”
   

• “My two daughters will tell you they are Catholic, but haven’t gone to Mass in years and their children are not baptized?”
